She is honorary member of Association of Music Industries of Nepal .She was judge in Genius Music Award on 6th august 2022. She was Judge in NIM Award (National Inclusive Music Award) on 12 March 2023 in Kathmandu Nepal. She is life time member of National Folk and duet song Academy Nepal. She is life time member of Association of Music Industries Nepal.

Her MELANCHOLY song has been listed in Guinness World Records under the title “Most Vocal Solos in a Song Recording” on 1 February 2018. For her outstanding contribution to Sustainable Environment and Ecosystem Management (SEEM) with her eminent song MELANCHOLY in which 365 Nepali Artists gave vocal 19 may 2016 at Radio Nepal Studio, Singh Durbar, Kathmandu Nepal. Her 33minutes 49 seconds song was released by Rt. Hon. President of Nepal Bidya Devi Bhandari on 02 September 2017 in Kathmandu.

Rasaili is married to Ramesh Shivashankar, whom he met at the Kathamndu in 2010. They married on November 24th , 2011 in Nepal. They admitted they weren’t in a relationship before getting married. Rasaili and her husband have children Shuhana Shivashankar.
