Shreya Sotang is one of the finest female singers of Nepal. She is the daughter of famous singing duo Uday Sotang and Manila Sotang. She has established herself as one of the most successful and popular singers of Nepal.

Early Years

Shreya Sotang was born to a musical family to renowned duo Uday Sotang and Manila Sotang. As she shared her interest in music, her parents guided and supported her to bring out her own musical album. Shreya is a homely person, she prefers to spend more time at home and she is equally talented cook.

Musical Career

Shreya started her musical career soon after her graduation with her debut album Suruwat. The song Polcha Mutu from the same album got her many awards for best new artists and best female vocal from Hits Fm Music Awards, Image Awards, Annapurna Awards and Kantipur Awards. Even though she was known as the daughter of Uday and Manila Sotang, she made her own name in the industry. She came up with her second album Prelude and the songs Yo Chori Ko Roopai Ramro and Ali Ali become very hit. She has given her voice in many Nepali movies.
